Due to extensive water damage to a row of properties in a busy Market Town, Xe-ric Systems were contacted to offer a solution. As the properties were Grade 1 Listed the buildings had to be assessed very carefully before any treatment was un-dertaken. After consultations with the proprietor and contractors a safe system of work was put in place to commence the drying process.

Due to the extreme weather conditions and high volume of rainfall during December 2012, staff at the Lincoln City Football Club returned to work to find a large section of the Cooperative Stand under a deluge of water. We dried the club and helped them get their game back on!

In the winter of 2011, a family of 6 returned home to find their property under a deluge of water. The water saturated the floors and walls causing significant damage to the whole property. We dried the property and helped to move the family back within weeks.

The Meadows was a 6 bedroom property comprising of 15 rooms in total. The homeowner returned from a family holiday to find devastation as a result of water damage. We were able to dry the house in a week rather than 16 weeks conventional drying. The property was due to be put up on the market so the quick turn round was invaluable to the home owner.

In 2011, Xeric completed the largest pest elimination heat treatment in Europe. Using over 50 items of heating equipment, over 6.5 million BTUs were generated to heat treat a factory in Ireland. The factory had an infestation of Australian Spider Beetle and due to the demands of production urgent treatment was required which would incur minimum impact on business.
